Kung-Fu Panda...was awesome. I haven't laughed that hard in ages. Not only are some of the gags brilliant but the fight scenes are actually beautifully done and very dynamic. And they included bullet time in a fuckin' animated movie and not only was it NOT tired and overdone (as is so frequent now) but almost every shot had me laughing my arse off in my seat.

And I reeeeeally don't like Jack Black. Yet I had nil problem with him in this. It's just really fun, playful and amusing.

Impromptu drinks ftw. I'm drunk and I just spent half an hour discussing NZ metal/goth/industrial with a neighbor interested in examining the 'scene.' Lol.

Wrath

Who did you last get angry with? Heh. Myself. The same repetitive dreams generally get a very unhappy response after awhile.

What is your weapon of choice?
I don't have one. I'm against violence, a total fail at lying and too inept at social situations to really do any damage in a logical argument unless the person I'm vs is a total muppet.

Would you hit a member of the opposite sex?
Not a chance in Hell. Not even if you tried to pay me.

How about the same sex?
I'm anti-violence but should someone provoke me enough (which, considering the situations I've been in, requires a LOT) then I will. It depends on the context of a situation. I've stepped into fights for my friends before.

Who was the last person who got really angry at you?
They know who they are.

What is your pet peeve?
I have a number of them, chief among them lying. I've done it before and I know how much it fucked me up. Learned my lesson. Lying tends to be condemned with me now. I just will not tolerate it.

Do you keep grudges, or can you let them go easily?
I forgive when people deserve to be forgiven. You fuck up and you make up for it or show remorse, I can forgive. You fuck up and don't give a damn? You can rot. I only want people in my life who are actually worth spending time with.

Sloth

What is one thing you're suppose to do daily that you haven't?
Lately, it used to be do my calistheics. In the past...drink. Right now? I don't know. My routine is pretty non-existent.

What is the latest you've ever woken up?
I've slept for 36 hours straight before (assisted). Otherwise, a 4pm wake-up isn't that bad when you fall asleep at 5am.

Name a person you've been meaning to contact, but haven't?
I've been meaning to contact a few old friends but it hasn't really happened. Such is life.

What is the last lame excuse that you made?
I have no idea. I can't be fucked? For not staying to see Hancock after Kung-Fu Panda.

Have you ever watched an infomercial all the way through?
No. I watched about 3 minutes of some add for an advanced rowing machine with 10 easy payments etcetcetc but they never said how much the payments were, how much the final cost was, anything like that. If I want to buy something, I want to know the thrice-be-damned cost. Shitty advertising 101.

How many times did you hit the snooze button on your alarm clock this morning?
I didn't. I woke up, looked at it askance and said, "Wtf??" Apparently it WAS my alarm. I thought mine had failed and it was Lyubas. Damned dreams with multiple alarms that wake me up.

I drink water, coke and bourbon. That's generally about it. Does a double Jim Beam and coke count as a yuppy beverage?

Are you a meat eater?
Ha. Quinn in Dunedin used to call me the biggest carnivore he knew.

What is the greatest amount of alcohol you've had in one sitting/outing/event?
I THINK 1/2 a bottle of bourbon chased with half a bottle of chartreuse in shots (I was only 65kg at the time). I had some pretty major alcohol poisoning afterwards. Otherwise, I've tackled litres of Jim Beam on a regular basis without too many problems in the past.

Are you comfortable with your drinking and eating habits?
I eat my food and everyone else's leftovers, as well as constantly craving a drink. I'm not UNcomfortable but I'm aware I'm courting an early death.

Do you enjoy candy and sweets?
After doing Halloween in Canada with a fuckin' pillowcase and binging like mad...I've lost my taste for chocolate and sweets.

Which do you prefer: sweets, salty foods or spicy foods?
Spicy foods. I'm out of practice but a good curry or a few jalapenos in my Subway is a nice addition.

How many credit cards do you own?
Just the one, thank fuck.

If you had a million dollars, what would you do with it?
Spend 50k on clothes, CDs and general toys I want, another 50k on a trip round Europe and then shove the rest into the bank. After moving to a place I actually wanted to live.

Would you rather be rich or famous?
Rich. Money can't bring happiness but it can bloody well help. I don't much care what people think of me heh. I've been misjudged too often to really bother with that.

Would you accept a boring job if it meant that you would make megabucks?
Yep. I'd rather do something boring and get myself enough of a comfort level to be able to do what I want than not. That boring job could be the intro into the monetary level I need to kick-start the job I ACTUALLY want.

I don't know. My parents are awesome, they seem to be proud of me just for being me.

I want to be self-employed.

If I think my work was better, sure. If it's obviously better, nope. I'll just kick myself for not doing better. I'm not overly competitive. I'd rather just do something that I'm proud of (which is its own struggle considering my ridiculously perfectionist standards).

Have you ever entered a contest of skill, knowing you were of much higher skill than all the other competitors?
Indeed. Cycling, design work, etc. My ego is excessively pessimistic so knowing I'm of a higher skill tends to mean someone's really fucked up the grading.

Yep. But not on anything serious or important.

I enjoyed myself and didn't let a single ounce of bullshit get under my skin.

I have a friend in Christchurch with a 5k projector, that'd be nice. Otherwise, my friends are poor mofos heh.

Me. I'll deal with my own life, my own problems and my own fuckups. I'd feel like a liar if I said I wanted anyone else's sweet life.

Of course, though I've grown to like how I am. I'll work to change what I don't like but I wouldn't swap it for anything. Again, I'm me. I wouldn't want to be anything else.
